I have been involved in the sports, health & fitness industry since childhood having played many sports throughout my career, giving me a wealth of knowledge to draw from.
In recent years I have become involved in natural bodybuilding with my most recent sporting achievement winning the 2020 SA ICN Mens Natural Open Bodybuilding State Championship Title.
I am passionate about helping people take back control of their health and fitness, and have the motivational skills to keep my clients engaged. It's never too late to start your fitness journey.
